Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the products and services offered by H1L (One Human Left), a trading name of Alpha2Zulu LLC ("H1L", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using a product, you agree to these Terms.

(a) Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate identifying information when you sign up. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the activity of any team members you add. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

(b) Subscriptions and Billing

Our products are sold on monthly or annual subscriptions. Pricing for Beacon at the time of writing:

• Solo: $79 / month or $759 / year (save 20%)
• Team: $149 / month or $1,429 / year (save 20%)
• Pro: $299 / month or $2,390 / year (save 20%)

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If we change pricing, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before the change takes effect on your account. You can cancel before the new price applies.

(c) Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel any time from inside the product. Your subscription continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate monthly plans. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase only. After that 30-day window, annual fees are non-refundable, but your access runs to the end of the term. Renewals are not refundable.

(d) Acceptable Use

You will not use our products to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
• Post or behave in a way that violates the terms of the third-party platforms our products connect to, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, Threads, and X. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each platform you connect.
• Publish content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-extract data from our products outside of approved API endpoints.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
• Operate automated mass-following, mass-connecting, or mass-engagement behaviour on connected third-party platforms.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to our products to any third party outside the scope of your subscription.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or reverse-engineer our systems.

(e) Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we provide it on a best-effort basis and do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement at this time. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party platform issues can all affect availability. We will communicate material disruption in product and by email.

(f) Your Data and AI-Generated Content

You own the inputs you provide to our products (your accounts, your prompts, your brand assets, your draft content). H1L processes that data only to deliver the service to you.

When our products generate content for you (for example, AutoPilot drafts, suggested posts, analytics summaries), that AI output is licensed to you on payment of fees, and you may use it for your business. H1L does NOT train foundation AI models on your content.

(g) Termination

You can end your subscription any time as described above. We can suspend or terminate your account immediately for cause, including violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or use that creates legal or platform risk for us. We can terminate without cause on 30 days notice. On termination, we will give you a reasonable window to export your data, after which it may be deleted under our retention policy.

(h) Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at contact@1humanleft.com and we will sort it out. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.

(i) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.

(j) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

(k) Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the effective date.

(l) DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at contact@1humanleft.com including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will respond under the notice-and-takedown process and may terminate repeat infringers.
