H1L (One Human Left) is a trading name of Alpha2Zulu LLC. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We try to write it in language a normal human can read.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us — name, email, company, payment details when you sign up for a product, complete a contact form, subscribe to a newsletter, or chat with our assistant.
• You generate it by using our products — content you create, accounts you connect, settings you choose, and the outputs our AI produces for you.
• Your browser sends it automatically — IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and pages viewed. Standard web logs.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Deliver the product or service you asked for.
• Bill you correctly and prevent fraud.
• Send you operational messages (receipts, security notices, downtime).
• Send marketing only if you opted in, and only until you opt out.
• Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it. We do not use your content to train foundation AI models.

Sharing

We share data only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI model inference). They handle data on our instructions and are bound by contract.
• Social platforms you connect to our products (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, Threads, X) — only the data needed to post on your behalf.
• Authorities if we are legally required to disclose it.
• A successor entity if we are acquired or merged, under the same protections.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of our products will stop working if you do.

GDPR (Europe / UK)

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. The legal basis for processing is one of: your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, or legal obligation. CCPA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell), and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. Submit a request to contact@1humanleft.com.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after you cancel, to handle billing, disputes, and legal obligations. Aggregate, anonymized data may be kept indefinitely. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access or download your data.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
• Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Children

Our products are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, audit logging, regular security review. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we treat security as a first-class concern.

We will update this page when our practices change. The Last Updated date above tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice.
